Mold filled by feeding car fairly as per allowance of concrete product’s form. After putting the production pallet on top, two hydraulic pistons tilts the mold smoothly to keep the prelaid mortar stable as possible.
Touching surfaces are Hardox durable steel. Pneumatic pistons helps to keep the mortar in the mold with fast responses.
Tilting press machine is directed to the other line or switches direction by 45 degree revolver pistons.
